Media Release: Renowned media personality to Emcee Tauranga’s prestigious awards

Farmer Autovillage Tauranga Business Awards are thrilled to announce renowned Newstalk ZB broadcaster and author Kerre Woodham as the MC for this year’s awards ceremony. With a celebrated career in radio, television and print, Kerre is known for her engaging style, quick wit, and deep connection with New Zealand audiences.

Her presence promises to bring extra vibrancy and warmth to the event as the region celebrates the outstanding success of businesses across the Western Bay. 

In another exciting announcement, Tauranga Business Chamber is pleased to extend the deadline for entries to the Farmer Autovillage Tauranga Business Awards, responding to requests from applicants seeking additional time to finalise their submissions. The new deadline is Monday, 18 November 2024, providing all businesses across the Western Bay of Plenty with an additional opportunity to prepare quality applications that best represent their achievements. 

The awards gala will be held at Mercury Baypark Arena on Thursday, 13 February 2025 and will feature an evening of networking, celebration, and community recognition, with a gourmet dining experience provided by Bay Catering.  Anyone can purchase tickets by visiting the Chamber’s events webpage

The Farmer Autovillage Tauranga Business Awards are open to businesses of all sizes, industries, and backgrounds within the Bay of Plenty. This year’s categories are designed to celebrate achievements across various sectors and highlight businesses that contribute significantly to the region’s economy and social landscape.
