LINKT For Tauranga Employers
Connecting Tauranga employers with work-ready talent
Recruit with confidence, at no cost
We know how challenging it can be for employers to find great people for their team. But that’s where we come in.
LINKT To Employment makes recruitment easier by connecting Bay of Plenty employers with motivated, work-ready job seekers, and supporting both sides to succeed.
We work similarly to a recruitment agency, without any fees. We take time to understand your business and your ideal fit, then match you with candidates who are prepared, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute.
As we’re part of the Tauranga Business Chamber, we understand business. We know what makes a great fit between employer and employee – and we’re here to help you achieve it.
- No recruitment fees
- Honest, transparent candidate matching
- A personalised, relationship-based approach
- Support before, during, and after placement
- A positive contribution to Tauranga’s workforce and community.
… And we’re mighty proud of it!
Why Tauranga employers should partner with LINKT?
A diverse talent pool
All LINKT job seekers have completed our work-readiness programme. Many of our candidates bring prior experience, university qualifications, licences, and their own transport. They’re capable, motivated, warm people who are ready for the right opportunity and often just looking for that foot in the door.
LINKT candidates come from a wide range of backgrounds, including:
- University graduates
- Skilled and semi-skilled workers
- Manufacturing, hospitality, construction, logistics and support roles.
Ongoing support
LINKT provides up to 16 weeks of post-placement support, helping ensure a smooth transition into employment. We stay connected with both the employer and employee, offering guidance and early support if any challenges arise.
This always leads to:
- Better retention
- Stronger performance
- Less time and cost spent rehiring.
Free funding for training
Employers working with LINKT are eligible for flexi-wage subsidies and training support, ranging from $9,000 to $22,000 from Government.
We manage the applications and administration on your behalf, making it easy to:
- Train employees on the job
- Reduce upfront employment costs
- Invest in long-term capability.
Don't just take our word for it...
