We’re thrilled to announce the results of the recent Tauranga Business Chamber board elections, as voted by our members and independently run by Electionz.com.
With a stronger voting participation than the previous election, the result sees a combination of new faces join four returning Board members.
The top seven nominees that make up the Chamber Board-elect 2025-2027, are (alphabetical order):
- Brook Carrington (Livingstone Builders)
- Chad Wallace (Cooney Lees Morgan)
- Debbie Ireland (Digital Workplace Results)
- Jamie Lunam (James & co)
- Rachel Withington (Holland Beckett)
- Rochelle Lockley (Port of Tauranga)
- Tracy Hayson (Hayson Knell)
Thank you to the other three nominees. It was a very close election, with only 32 votes separating the top nominee from the 10th.
These election results will be formally ratified at the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 15 October 2025. We encourage all members to attend the AGM, which will be held at Cooney Lees Morgan, to connect with the new board, review the year’s progress, and hear about our exciting plans for the future.
