Corporate Presentation - NONSUCH

Creating Organisational Energy out of Good Governance and Decision Making

As a valued client of Nonsuch, we are pleased to invite you to an exclusive
Corporate Presentation.
Whether you are a long-standing client or are just getting to know us, this informal session provides an opportunity to connect with industry peers, hear insights on current business and project delivery challenges, and discuss the opportunities and trends shaping organisations across New Zealand.
We value the relationships we have built with our clients and would be delighted to have you join us for a morning of conversation, networking, and shared learning.
If you believe we may have missed someone from your organisation who would benefit from attending, or you would like to suggest another guest, please let us know. We will make our best efforts to extend an invitation.

Many organisations have governance frameworks but far fewer have decision frameworks. This presentation explores the difference between governance activity and governance effectiveness. Using real-world examples, Youssef will examine why more reporting, more forums and more oversight do not automatically create better outcomes. Youssef will introduce the RATED™ framework, and will explore how organisations can improve the quality, consistency and transparency of decision-making while reducing noise, politics and unnecessary complexity.

This is not a methodology pitch or a tooling demonstration. It is a practical discussion about decision logic and enterprise capacity,
grounded in real executive experience.

Presenter:
Youssef Mourra
Executive Consultant, Nonsuch

There will be an opportunity to have a long and strong Q & A at the end of the session.

45-minute presentation 45-minute Q & A., breakfast included
