Thanks to the team at Coombes Johnston BMW for hosting our June BA5.

The event was another opportunity make connections with the business community, and we welcomed new faces and regular attendees.

Kevin Pead, General Manager, Coombes Johnston BMW Tauranga, provided details of the some the recent additions to the showroom floor, along with the future goal of BMW having 50% of all its vehicles delivered being electric cars.

He encouraged people to come and see them for a no obligation test drive. “We want you to experience electrification because it’s the way of the future.”

Kevin reiterated that one of the reasons for hosting and attending the Business After 5 events, and being part of the Tauranga Business Chamber, is to encourage people to buy local. He said people will often go the bigger cities, hoping for a better deal. But there’s much to be gained by shopping local, including building a network and developing connections with the local businesses.
