On 14 May, Baycourt Theatre buzzed with energy and inspiration as the BWN Speaker Series ‘Bring Your A Game’ event unfolded. This annual gathering drew nearly 400 attendees, eager to soak up wisdom and motivation from an impressive lineup of speakers.
The day was a remarkable blend of education, empowerment, and community spirit, as showcased in the dazzling video above captured by Collab Digital.
Niki Bezzant bravely tackled the often taboo topic of menopause, sharing practical tips for managing its symptoms and enhancing our daily lives.
Kylie Wilson got us on our feet—literally! We stepped and squatted, multitasking as only women can, while she drove home the point that mental resilience is just as critical as physical strength. Her candid discussion about overcoming negative thoughts was both enlightening and empowering.
Chelsea Winter rounded out the day with her journey from being a home cook to winning MasterChef and becoming a best-selling cookbook author. She recounted the highs and lows of her career and offered insights on how to navigate it all, especially while raising two young children.
