Thanks to everyone who joined us for the ‘Lunch with Christopher Luxon’ event at Trinity Wharf this week.
It was a fantastic turnout, with almost 100 business leaders in the community joining us for a working lunch and to hear from the National Party Leader.
The Leader of the National Party shared his views on many of the challenges that we are facing in our country and business right now. Including their stance on the current Government’s approach to spending, housing, healthcare, education, and crime.
He discussed the National Party’s vision for the social and economic development of New Zealand in the future, which included improving productivity, investing in tech, research and innovation, less red tape for businesses, and international connections and trade.
Afterward, there was an opportunity to meet and greet with Christopher Luxon, Bay of Plenty MP Todd Muller, and Tauranga MP Sam Uffindell, who also joined us for the event.
A big thanks to NZME and Farmer Autovillage who are our Principal Sponsors, and to Trinity Wharf for the venue and delicious lunch.
In late March next year, we roll out the welcome mat for a morning tea with the Minister of Transport, Immigration, and Workplace Relations and Safety, Michael Wood. The Western Bay of Plenty Business community will have plenty to talk about with him. Register early so you don’t miss out.
