Many businesses want to grow by employing more people, but they are struggling to find suitable applicants.
In some cases, whole industries need to work together to demonstrate their career opportunities. In other cases, some individual businesses need to reflect on their reputation for employing staff.
How are you welcoming the right staff into your organisation? Can you demonstrate how you live your values? How are you developing and building your workforce? Are your employees telling their friends and family how great their work is?
